Combs Car Corral had the awesome opportunity to host a Free Car Giveaway at Boise Music Festival! After hundreds of entries, our final five finalists were called, and one lucky winner was chosen! Congratulations to Kelsey W., who will be taking home this GORGEOUS 2012 All Electric Ford Focus! Kiss that gas bill goodbye, Kelsey!

1. ELIGIBILITY

Combs Car Corral Car Giveaway at The Boise Music Festival is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Must have VALID Driver’s License to enter. Must have VALID auto insurance. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should any attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 

2. SPONSOR AND PRIZE

This Car Giveaway is Solely sponsored by Combs Car Corral. Vehicle will be selected and prepared by Combs Car Corral and Eclipse Financial. Winner will be responsible for any and all applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, sales tax, gift tax, or income tax. Winner will be responsible for registration, insurance, and any other costs associated with maintaining the vehicle.
 

3. GIVEAWAY GUIDELINES

Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Entries will open on May 27^th, 2023 at 9:00am MT and will end on June 17^th, 2023 at 6:00PM. Entries that are submitted before or after this period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the contest via On Site poll box at both Combs Car Corral locations, in Boise at 9640 W Fairview Ave, Boise, ID 83704, and Nampa, 536 Caldwell Blvd, Nampa, ID 83651. Must submit entry during regular business hours. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will result in a disqualification. Winner will be announced June 24^th, 2023 at Boise Music Festival. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
